§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform Adulthousefinder.com. By registering or actively using the platform, you accept these terms in their current version.
§ 2 Service Description
Adulthousefinder.com is an online directory for providers in the adult industry. The platform offers providers the ability to create a public profile and present themselves. Additionally, a search function with radius search is available for visitors.
Adulthousefinder.com does not act as an intermediary for persons or services and is not a contractual party to any services offered by listed establishments or providers. The platform exclusively provides advertising services in the form of listings. The operator assumes no responsibility for the actual services offered by listed providers.
§ 3 Registration and Account Activation
Registration on Adulthousefinder.com is only permitted for persons of legal age (18+). By registering, the user confirms that they have reached the required minimum age. The minimum age for using the platform is 18 years.
After registration, confirmation of the provided email address is required. The account remains in pending status until confirmation and can only be fully used after successful verification. Passwords must be at least 12 characters long.
§ 3a User Registration
In addition to provider registration, Adulthousefinder.com offers a free user registration. Registered users can submit public reviews for provider profiles after email confirmation.
During registration, a nickname (3–20 characters) must be chosen, which is publicly visible in the context of reviews. Nicknames must be unique and must not contain offensive or legally impermissible terms. Users can delete their account at any time independently via the user dashboard.
§ 4 Profiles and Profile Status
Each provider can create a public profile. Profiles go through the following statuses: pending (not yet visible), active (publicly viewable), paused (deactivated by the provider), and suspended (deactivated by the operator). Only active profiles are visible in search and publicly accessible.
When creating a profile, location data (city, street, postal code) can be provided. Geographic coordinates are automatically determined and stored from this information to enable the radius search.
§ 5 Image Upload
Providers can upload profile images. A maximum of 20 images per profile is permitted. Only images for which the provider holds the necessary usage rights are allowed. Specifically prohibited are: images depicting minors, non-consensually created recordings, and content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove images without prior notice if they violate these rules.
§ 6 Content and Responsibility
Providers are solely responsible for all published content (texts, images, links, social media information). Illegal, offensive, misleading, or content that violates public morals is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content without stating reasons or to suspend profiles.
§ 6a Ratings and Review System
Registered users can rate provider profiles with a star rating (1–5 stars) and an optional free-text comment. One review per profile is permitted per user account. Reviews are manually moderated before publication; the operator reserves the right to reject or remove reviews without stating reasons.
Providers may publicly respond to reviews. Abusive, offensive, or factually incorrect reviews can be reported and removed. The operator assumes no liability for the factual accuracy of user reviews.
§ 6b Private Messages (DM)
Verified users can exchange 1:1 private messages with providers who have explicitly enabled this feature.
Prohibited content: Prohibited content: any reference to minors, human trafficking, threats, criminal content, commercial advertising outside the activated profile, or third-party personal data without consent.
DSA notice-and-action: Each message can be reported (Art. 16 DSA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Confirmation within 24 hours; decision typically within 7 days. Both the reporter and the author of the message receive a Statement of Reasons per Art. 17 DSA.
Licence and moderation: Author retains ownership of the text; AdultHouseFinder receives a limited licence for moderation, audit, and law-enforcement requests.
Liability: Liability: contents exchanged in private messages do not reflect the platform's opinion; platform liability arises only upon knowledge of manifestly illegal content (Digital Services Act).
In case of interpretation doubt the German version of these Terms applies — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).
Internal complaint mechanism (Art. 20 DSA). Anyone
receiving a statement of reasons regarding a moderation measure may
contest it informally through the form linked in that statement,
/dm/widerspruch/<token>, within six
months of receipt. The appeal is reviewed solely by authorised
personnel; a decision is generally communicated within 14 days.
Dual mail and outbox pattern. Every moderation decision
(content hidden, conversation closed, account suspended) triggers the
delivery of a full statement of reasons pursuant to Art. 17(3) DSA
to both the reporter and the author. Delivery takes
place asynchronously via an internal outbox
(dm_dsa_outbox), which guarantees at the technical level
the 24-hour acknowledgement deadline set out in Art. 16(5) DSA.
Out-of-court dispute settlement (Art. 21 DSA). AdultHouseFinder, as a non-VLOP platform within the meaning of Art. 33 DSA, is not obliged to participate in out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA and currently does not participate. Recourse to the courts remains unaffected.
§ 8 Reporting Function
Visitors and users can report profiles to the operator via the report form. The reporting function is exclusively intended for factually justified reports of illegal or rule-violating content. Abusive reports may lead to the suspension of the reporting user.
§ 9 Liability
The operator assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information posted by providers. No liability is assumed for external links and linked social media profiles. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
§ 10 Account Deletion
Providers and users can permanently delete their account at any time independently via the dashboard under "Delete account". Upon deletion, all stored account, profile, and image data will be permanently removed. Alternatively, deletion can be requested via our contact form.
§ 11 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after the amended terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
§ 12 ahf.to Link Hub
AdultHouseFinder operates a Link Hub service at the domain ahf.to.
Registered providers with an active profile may create a public Link Hub page at
ahf.to/{slug} to list their social media accounts, booking links,
and other relevant URLs in one place. The slug is automatically derived from the
provider's AdultHouseFinder profile slug. Custom slugs may be available as part of
a premium subscription.
Permitted content: Providers may publish a display name, a short bio (up to 300 characters), an avatar image, and external links (e.g. OnlyFans, Instagram, website, booking page). All content must comply with the general content rules set out in § 6 of these Terms. Links to illegal content, malware, phishing sites or content that violates applicable law are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate deactivation of the Link Hub page.
Rights to uploaded content: By uploading an avatar image, the provider grants AdultHouseFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store and display the image as part of the Link Hub page. This licence ends when the image is deleted or the Link Hub page is permanently deactivated.
Click analytics: AdultHouseFinder records anonymised click counts per link for the purpose of providing usage statistics to the provider. No personal data of visitors is collected for this purpose beyond the server logs described in the Privacy Policy.
Deactivation and deletion: Providers can deactivate their Link Hub page at any time via the dashboard. The page will then no longer be publicly accessible. Permanent deletion of all Link Hub data takes place upon account deletion (§ 10) or upon written request via our contact form. AdultHouseFinder reserves the right to deactivate or remove Link Hub pages that violate these Terms without prior notice.
